Vice President Joe Biden Presents a Roadmap to Nuclear Security

Today at the National Defense University Vice President Joe Biden delivered a speech to reinforce the Obama Administration's commitment to seeking a world without nuclear weapons.  Biden spoke about America's need to maintain a safe, secure, and effective arsenal as long as nuclear weapons exist.  The Vice President also called for the Senate to enhance national security by ratifying the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty (CTBT).
