Joe Cirincione, Ploughshares Fund grantees, on WMD panel

Ploughshares Fund President Joseph Cirincione will chair a May 1 meeting hosted by the Weapons of Mass Destruction Commission (WMDC). The panel, including Ploughshares grantees Dr. Bruce Blair of Global Zero, Ambassador Jayantha Dhanapala of Pugwash, and Mr. Gareth Evans of International Crisis Group, will present current positions and recommendations to media, interested groups and individuals. The meeting will be opened by WMDC Chairman Dr. Hans Blix.
