Ploughshares Fund President Joseph Cirincione [2]will chair a May 1 meeting hosted by the Weapons of Mass Destruction Commission (WMDC [3]). The panel, including Ploughshares grantees Dr. Bruce Blair [4]of Global Zero [5], Ambassador Jayantha Dhanapala of Pugwash [6], and Mr. Gareth Evans [7]of International Crisis Group [8], will present current positions and recommendations to media, interested groups and individuals. The meeting will be opened by WMDC Chairman Dr. Hans Blix.
