Ploughshares Fund President Joe Cirincione Travels to Australia and New Zealand

Ploughshares Fund President Joe Cirincione is currently traveling in Australia and New Zealand as part of a speaker's tour, organized by the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of International Information Programs.  

During his 14-day trip, Joe will speak to a wide variety of audiences, including government officials, military officers, academics and students.
