A Path for Peace in South Asia

In a recent Foreign Policy In Focus column, former grantee Zia Mian, the Director of the Project on Peace and Security in South Asia at Princeton University, writes about India’s plans for military expansion and their relationship with Pakistan. Even with the two countries heading closer to conflict, "there are signs the people of the two countries are ready to make peace and seek the benefits of a peace dividend if their governments would only permit," writes Mian.
