Naila Bolus chairs panel on international expectations of Obama

Ploughshares Fund’s Executive Director Naila Bolus led a panel at the Carnegie International Nonproliferation Conference.  Panelists talked about nuclear proliferation issues in a session titled “International Expectations of the Obama Administration.” Among the topics they addressed were recent missile tests by North Korea, the role of the U.S. in fostering nuclear nonproliferation, President Obama's call for greater international nuclear disarmament, and the future role of nuclear weapons and nuclear deterrence.
