Joe Cirincione among foreign policy "Twitterati"
Ploughshares Fund President Joe Cirincione was recognized by Foreign Policy magazine as one of the "100 best Twitter users in foreign affairs." The eclectic list of twitterers includes such luminaries as former Vice President Al Gore, UN Secretary-General Ban-Ki Moon, Joint Chiefs Chairman Admiral Mike Mullen, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, as well as journalists Fareed Zakaria and Nicholas Kristof. Also recognized among the foreign policy "Twitterati" were many Ploughshares Fund grantees, including the National Iranian American Council, the Center for a New American Security and the Federation of American Scientists.
