A Deeper Look at the Iranian Fuel Swap Deal

Iran has made headlines this week due to the news of a trilateral deal to transfer 1200 kg of LEU with Turkey and Brazil.  The deal could signal real progress in clarifying the nature of Iran's nuclear program, or it could be another instance of Iran dangling cooperation in front of the international community, only to rip it away at the last minute.
