Grants Available to Influence Foreign Policy

The Connect U.S. Fund— a collaborative fund sponsored by the Ploughshares Fund, the Ford Foundation, the Open Society Institute, the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, and the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation—announces the release of its Request for Letters of Inquiry (RFLOI) for its 2010-2011 Annual Major Grants Program.  The program is designed to support collaborative projects to influence U.S. foreign policy across a range of issue areas, including human rights, climate change, nuclear proliferation and development.

Grants will cover projects during the period from November 2010- November 2011. The deadline for the submission of letters of inquiry (LOIs) will be May 24, 2010 at 11:59pm PST.
