Wolfsthal named to administration post

Nonproliferation expert Jon Wolfsthal, senior fellow at the Ploughshares-funded Center for Security and International Studies, will soon move to the White House to work as a special advisor to the vice president on weapons of mass destruction and nonproliferation.  "Jon is first rate," says Joe Cirincione. "He was my deputy director of the Non-Proliferation Program at the Carnegie Endowment for six years and co-author of our book, Deadly Arsenals: Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Threats.
