Queen Noor on Global Zero

Queen Noor of Jordan is asked in today's Parade Magazine, "Past efforts at nuclear disarmament have failed. What makes you think Global Zero can succeed?"  She responds, "President Obama has promised that the U.S. will work to eliminate nuclear weapons, and Vladimir Putin says he now can imagine a world without nuclear weapons. Global Zero wants to harness that political momentum."
