Joel Wit on Newshour: A Test of International Will

In an interview with Ray Suarez of Newshour, Joel Wit of Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies said,"at some point in the not-too-distant future, hopefully, as pressure mounts from the international community, North Korea might take a tactical step to relieve the pressure and come back to the negotiating table..we need to figure out what our approach will be when that happens in order to try to push this towards a peaceful resolution."
