Getting to zero

John Isaacs of the Ploughshares-funded Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation discusses possibilities for negotiating with Iran and North Korea regarding their nuclear ambitions.  Isaacs suggests the “better course of action may be to get countries like the U.S. [...] to shed its nuclear weapons,” but this option may take time and diplomacy.
