Bush doctrine complete failure

Donna Cassata's Associated Press article titled, "Bush legacy talk starts with military doctrine" quoted Joe Cirincione, who called the Bush Doctrine a complete failure, as all of the members of the Axis of Evil are more dangerous today than they were in 2000.
