San Francisco, CA & Washington, DC: The global security foundation Ploughshares Fund welcomes four new people to its Board of Directors, including two ambassadors: Connie Foote, Ambassador Pamela Hamamoto, Gretchen Hund and Ambassador Samuel D. Heins.
