John Isaacs on Nuclear Non-Proliferation

Featured on the website of the Consulate of the United States, Nagoya, Japan, Center for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation Executive Director John Isaacs discussed the Obama Administration's commitment to reducing the world's stockpile of nuclear weapons.  Mr. Isaacs stated that as the only country to have used a nuclear weapon, the U.S. has a moral responsibility to work toward worldwide nuclear disarmament.
