CSIS hosts debate on CTBT ratification

The Ploughshares-funded Project on Nuclear Issues at the Center for Strategic and International Studies hosted a lively debate on ratification of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty.  Daryl Kimball, executive director of the Arms Control Association (another Ploughshares grantee) argued for U.S. Congress to ratify the treaty, with Stephen Rademaker, senior counsel of the BGR Group, argued against ratification.  Watch the video of the debate here.
