Lauren Mladenka

Research Assistant Intern

Lauren is a research assistant intern in the Washington, DC office. Her responsibilities include researching global nuclear developments and contributing to the Ploughshares Fund blog.

Prior to joining Ploughshares Fund, Lauren served on the staff of Congressman William Keating and as a research intern at the Foundation for Middle East Peace. She graduated with honors from the University of Arizona with a major in Near Eastern Studies and Arabic and also holds a Bachelors Degree from Louisiana State University in Anthropology. Lauren is currently a Master of Public Policy candidate with an emphasis in National Security Policy at George Mason University.
