Prof. Paolo Cotta-Ramusino is Secretary General of Pugwash Conferences (since August 2002) and Professor of Mathematical Physics at the University of Milan. He is the former Director of the Program on Science, Technology and International Security, Landau Network – Centro Volta, Com, and former Secretary General of the Union of Italian Scientists for Disarmament (USPID).
