Obama urged to "work harder and faster" to achieve Prague vision

Amid increasing evidence of divisions within the Obama Administration about nuclear weapons policy, nuclear experts are calling on the President to accelerate his efforts to achieve the vision of a nuclear weapon-free world he articulated in a groundbreaking speech in Prague last April.

Ploughshares Fund President Joe Cirincione told The Atlantic that the Nuclear Posture Review risks being hijacked by pro-nuclear development voices, including that of Defense Secretary Robert Gates.  The Arms Control Association's Daryl Kimball told the Associated Press that President Obama needs to work "faster and harder" to build support in the Senate for ratification of the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty, a goal the President vowed in Prague to achieve.
