Joe Cirincione Interview with Stephen Colbert

Stephen Colbert interviews Ploughshares Fund President Joseph Cirincione. The interview was part of the Colbert Report's series "Better Know a Lobbyist".
Joe went in to the studio to speak about the threat of nuclear weapons and Ploughshares Fund's efforts in the nuclear disarmament lobby. Joe came out of the interview inadvertently married to Pakistan and with a better knowledge of how to mime a nuclear blast.
