Poking North Korea with a stick
"You have to seriously consider whether it's worth the risk of a provocation," Joe Cirincione told MSNBC's Ed Schultz in an interview Monday, responding to a suggestion that the U.S. consider intercepting a North Korean ship suspected of transporting small arms, in violation of UN sanctions. "It's a high risk move. We don't actually think there are nuclear arms or nuclear-related technology aboard the ship." He warned against "doing something that would almost force North Korea to respond." Watch the interview below.
